"Printing" Your Highlight+ Presentations

PowerPoint has well-known shortcomings printing and saving its highlights -- they result in a faded appearance. ProblemWithPrintingSavingHighlights


Highlight+ overcomes this with its custom “Save to PDF” feature. SavetoPDFFeature


To "print" your highlighted presentation, you will need to save to our custom PDF first, then print that PDF:

  1. To save in the standard Full Page layout, click the “Save to PDF” button.
  2. To save Notes Pages layout, click the dropdown under “Save to PDF” and click “Save to Notes Pages PDF” SaveAsPdf
  3. The custom save to PDFs are also available by clicking the File menu option…
  4. …and then the Highlight+ group. SaveAsPdf-FileMenuOption


    The custom “Save to PDF” features are available for all users and do not require a license. Custom Save to PDF
