Edit the Branding Text

You can edit the text of the branding by selecting from:
  1. Entering your branding text in the field as shown.
  2. Move your mouse over the informational Icon (i) for a reminder on how to use the text variables.
  3. Right-click in the text field to reveal the available dynamic text variables. You can select the text variable you like from this menu, or directly type, "@file," "@page," etc..."

Dynamic Text Variables

"@file"
Inserts the filename without the extension.

"@full"
Inserts the complete filename, including the extension.

"@ext"
Inserts only the file’s extension (e.g., pdf, jpg, mp4).

"@filePart"
Inserts the custom portion of the filename defined in Filename Options.

"@page"
Inserts the current page number.

"@total"
Inserts the total number of pages in the document.

  2. Check Do Not Show on First Page to hide the branding on the first page of each saved exhibit.

  3. Conversely, you can show the branding on the first page only, by checking Show ONLY on First Page. branding7
