If Final Exhibits displays either of the below errors during activation, please verify that you are using at least version 1.94 of Final Exhibits.

If you are not, please download and install a later version of Final Exhibits and try activating again.

"The License Key cannot be activated. Error: the underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on send."

or

"The License Key cannot be activated. Error: the underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a receive."


How Can I Check What Version of Final Exhibits, I Have Installed?

You can determine the version of your Final Exhibits by clicking the About button, in the lower left of the Final Exhibits interface.
