Your colleagues will be able to view (but not edit) all your highlights in PowerPoint 2016 or Microsoft 365—no add-in required.


Will Highlight+ work with other versions of PowerPoint?

Can I install Highlight+ on multiple computers?

Each license includes two activations, allowing you to use Highlight+ on two computers, as long as they are used by the same person. See the EULA (available in the About window) for details.


What if my computer dies or I get a new one? Do I need to buy Highlight+ again?

No, you don’t need to repurchase. We can transfer your existing license to your new computer—just email us at support@doneby5.com, and we’ll take care of it.


Does Highlight+ work on Mac?

Not at this time.

Does Highlight+ address PowerPoint’s printing issues with highlights?

Yes! It is will known that PowerPoint is unable to print ink-based highlights correctly. Highlight+ solves this with a custom 'Save to PDF' feature—ensuring your highlights created with Highlight+ appear as intended.

This features is free for all users—even those without an active license. Colleagues who don’t want to subscribe can still install Highlight+ and use the Save to PDF function, at no cost.
