I already have a perpetual license to Final Exhibits 1. Why should I upgrade to Final Exhibits 2?
Version 1 still works, but Final Exhibits 2 helps you finish prep faster and with fewer interruptions. It’s built for the same tasks—just more smoothly and efficiently. Most users find the annual subscription pays for itself on the first job. You can install version 2 alongside version 1, so nothing is lost if you ever need to go back.
Why did you switch to a subscription model? I liked the perpetual license.
Supporting thousands of users and continuous feature requests takes significant time. The subscription model sustains that work and allows for frequent updates, quicker fixes, and ongoing compatibility—without waiting for a major release.
I have a Final Exhibits 1 Perpetual License. Can I use Final Exhibits 2?
Yes. As a courtesy, perpetual license holders can use the Full version of Final Exhibits 2 at no cost until **February 28, 2026**. To activate, add the prefix `COURTESY-` to your existing license key.
Example:
12345678-abcd1234-efgh5678-ijkl9012 → COURTESY-12345678-abcd1234-efgh5678-ijkl9012
